TINKR is made by GhostKick Audio. The short version: nothing leaves your device.
What we collect
Nothing. TINKR has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It doesn't send anything about you or how you use it to us or anyone else.
Microphone
TINKR uses the microphone only while you hold NEW SAMPLE, to record a sound for the scroll to play. The recording is saved on your device and never uploaded.
Local network
If you turn on MIDI out in Settings, TINKR sends MIDI notes to a computer on your Wi-Fi network. That's the only reason it asks for local network access, and it's off unless you turn it on. Nothing goes to the internet.
Your files
Samples, saved scrolls and settings stay in TINKR's storage on your device. They leave it only when you export or share them yourself, through Files, AirDrop or the share sheet. Deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases
Apple handles payment through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
Children
TINKR doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. If TINKR ever starts collecting anything, we'll say so here and in the app first.
